The style is just what I was looking for. However, one table leg is defective and the metal piece inside will noy accept the screw. Then, 3 of the 4 legs are uneven, the pieces put together by the factory are uneven and short of cutting them down, you have rickety chairs.

The set is very nice and beautiful. Its not so easy to assemble but with the rights tools and I little of patience you can do it. You will need at least one screwdriver. The painter is a little weak and I not feel very confortable to seat two people in the bench. But it is a nice set and works good with you just need beautiful furniture that does not last long.

We ordered this set for the eating area of our white kitchen. When it arrived, I put together the chairs, which are somewhat time consuming to put together, and the bench. When I opened the box for the dining table, it was quite obviously not the same color as the chairs and the bench. The table is clearly an off-white, almost ivory, color whereas the chairs and the bench are stark white. The difference is quite obvious when you put them next to each other. We noticed that the box for the chairs and bench say they are \"Tiffany\" but that for the table says \"Havana.\" We called Overstock and after a few days were told that the warehouse couldn\'t just send us the correct table by itself so they would send us a complete set again and that we could pick the table and send everything else back. When the new set finally arrived, it had the same problem. So I had to repack both dining tables and take apart the chairs and the bench from the original set and repack them to be shipped back. We spent a lot of time and effort and in the end it was all for nothing since we didn\'t have dining set. Since we got two sets with exactly the same problem, it is hard to imagine that it was a coincidence. The listing for this set should mention that the table and the chairs aren\'t (or may not be) a perfect match so that customers are aware before they decide to buy this set.

A really superb set for a great price. Looks like it costs more than you pay. Arrives in four boxes. Fairly easy to assemble. I love the crossbacks on the chairs! The bench is really unique and catches everyone\'s eye. The size of the table is nice as well. No complaints!
