Beautiful porcelain humidor jar featuring detailed scene of courting couple surrounded by floral/fauna greenery. Lid appears to be either quadruple plate and/or pewter, I am not sure. Lid has a wonderful pipe \"handle\" in good condition that fits onto the similar metal rim. Rim a bit loose and has residue from cleaners used over the years. Marked on bottom AUSTRIA CARLSBAD (see photo images). Could be easily cleaned but I am selling as found with no attempt at restoration. There is a tiny hairline crack but it does not affect the structural integrity of the piece in any way. A couple of straw marks? black specs but they are in the actual glaze. Please ask questions and I will do my best to answer them!
