J.R.R. Tolkien\'s The Hobbit, First U.S. softcover edition, First Printing, August 1965 by Houghton Mifflin, Very rare lion cover, found only on the 1965 cover printings. Barbara Remington\'s artwork. Book is in very good condition. Covers clean, no creases to cover corners, back or front. Very short nick (1/8 \") on front cover edge (see pic). Pages/page ends show some browning with age. Inside front cover has name-address plate on page and penciled name at top. Otherwise, very nice and clean collector\'s copy.
