Adorable pair of Beatrix Pottercat characters, Tom Kitten and Miss Moppet. Both are copyrighted F. Warne & Company, Beswick, England.Miss Moppetmeasures roughly3\" tall and Tom Kitten is just under 3-1/2\" tall. Each is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The Tom Kitten figure has a 1948 copyright date and a hand-painted\"4\" under the glaze on the bottom. Miss Moppet has no specific copyright date, but there is a hand-painted\"45\" (possibly \"X5\") under the glaze on the bottom. These two make a great display pair.
