Excellent Condition for age

Leather (or imitation leather) on Binding & Cover is Very Good - corners dinged

There are some tears to some of the photo slots, some slots have amateur repairs

Fairly Clean

Album Opens & Closes Well

By and Large The CDV & Cabinet Photographs are in VERY good condition

Some Photos may have been trimmed

Some photos may have mild dents or light creases
