This is aTowleSterling Silver Large 2 PieceRoast CarvingSet in the \"Louis XIV\" pattern. I recently acquired this at a local estate sale. Both pieces are clearly marked Sterling Handle and have the Towle Company Symbol on the side of the handles and marked Sterlingand have the Towle Company Symbol on thesterling guards. They are ingoodcondition with only minor surface marks from use. Both pieces are gracefully monogrammed on one side of the handle as pictured. Thestainless steel blade and tines appear to be the originals and are firmly attached to the handles. The knife measures14 3/8 inches in length and the fork measures 11 1/8 inches in length. If this is your pattern, or if you know someone with this pattern, wouldn\'t this make a wonderful addition??
