~ IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL buyers: now requires shipping rates to be shown for certain countries and has set up a one-size-fits all system. However, since shipping isn't a one-size-fits all proposition please contact me to verify shipping as certain countries will be less expensive than others. The rate quoted below is a "worse case" scenario. It may be correct, then again the rate may be less. Also, I cannot falsify customs forms by declaring a lower value than the final offer price realized. Also, please be aware per policy you are responsible for any such fees, duties, taxes, etc. your government may impose upon you. Also, foroffers buyers to agree to assume responsibility for a package if it is lost or damaged- therefore, I ship International packages via Priority and Express Mail so they can be both tracked and insured. Also, please be aware that you, as the buyer, may need to contact your local postal carrier in the event a delivery is attempted but no one is home to accept the package. I package very securely but, in the event of loss or damage, the package is insured and therefore I ask that you work with me to file the insurance claim as opposed to simply opening a dispute with PayPal or . If you are unwilling to do this or you feel uncomfortable with the other points outlined above then I respectfully request that you refrain from placing a offer. ~ INVOICES: Invoices are sent out within 24 hours of the sales end, though if you wish to combine current wins with later, potential wins I am happy to do so. Simply disregard any invoice you may receive from me and advise once you are done shopping and are ready for a combined invoice.~ SHIPPING TIMES: Your item(s) will be sent out to you ASAP upon receipt of payment (generally I ask for three days to ship though, rarely, it can take up to four) and will be packaged with the utmost care. If an item is a gift or you need it to arrive quickly for another reason, please let me know in advance.~ SHIPPING & HANDLING: I use Priority Mail for most items though small items like trading cards will go First Class and large lots of items or heavy items may likely ship via Parcel Post. If you need an item quickly please advise in advance so there will be no surprises. Also, I charge a flat rate to all domestic customers and, for international buyers, I obtain the most accurate shipping rate I can. While all orders will have a handling charge tied to them (usually around $2.00), it is not my intention to gouge anyone on the shipping. I assume I'll have to ship the package from my location in Georgia to California, Washington, or some other more costly domestic destination. But if a buyer wins it in Georgia then shipping is often less. My operating procedures do not easily allow me to handle this on the front end. And sometimes it is simply because packages weigh less than expected after they are prepared for shipment. That said, please understand that this is not intentional. My inventory is constantly changing with new and different sized items. In an effort to get as much listed for your shopping pleasure as possible I simply estimate as best I can a fair shipping charge. Therefore, if your package has a significant difference over $2.00 in what I charged you verses what it actually cost to ship, please feel free to let me know. Simply supply me with your city, state and zip code so that I may verify against the postal receipt the difference and so refund the excessive charge.~ E-MAIL CONFIRMATIONS: You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your package ships. Please note that this confirmation e-mail will only be sent to the e-mail address you paid with, the one tied to your PayPal account. Many people have different e-mail addresses for their and their PayPal account, so please be aware of this as their will be no other form of communication sent confirming shipment.~ TRACKING NUMBERS: Tracking numbers are available for select purchases but I ask that you please request this information only if there is a problem such as a delayed delivery. Generally, if you have not received your package within 6 business days for domestic or 12 business days for international shipments then their could be a problem. Usually you will receive them sooner than that but I ask you allow at least this long. Ninety-nine times out of one hundred your carrier has attempted to deliver and nobody was home to receive the package. A simply phone call to them is usually the quickest way to resolve this issue though I am of course happy to help. If a tracking number is not available, all I ask is that you please be willing to contact your local carrier to attempt to obtain the package before pursuing other options.~ I WILL ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS: I always, without exception, answer all e-mails I receive and I usually do so within 12 hours. If you have e-mailed me and do not get a response in that time please understand that your message did not reach me or my reply did not reach you. You may wish to check your spam filter and, if no reply is to be found, please try again.~ INSURANCE: To protect both you and myself from the postal carriers neglect or mistreatment of a package, certain more costly items are insured automatically. If damaged, please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the carrier. I am happy to help in any way I can but the carrier will insist upon seeing the damaged merchandise along with the box it was shipped in as well as all the packaging material used to protect it (so please be sure not to discard them), which you have in hand.~ ISSUES/CONCERNS: While I strive to offer stellar customer service there are certain situations out of my control. Further, mistakes sometimes occur. I work hard to keep them at a minimum but, after all, we are all human. So if you do have an issue or concern I ask that, before you take any other action, you please contact me. You have the option to file a claim with PayPal, report me to , leave me negative response, or give me poor ratings via the anonymous Detailed Seller Ratings.
