You\'re offerding on \"Twilight\", a landscape print by legendary artist Maxfield Parrish. Print is a nice 8\" X 10 3/4\" lithograph scene of an old white barn and farmhouse alongside a winding creek. The hue along the horizon and the darkening sky brings out the darker end of the pallet of rich tones that Parrish\'s work is known for. Title and artist are identified below the print on the matting, and a Parrish\'s last name and a 1935 copyright date is visible within the image at bottom left corner. Print appears to be in its original framing based on the style of frame and overall presentation. Total size of piece in frame is 15\" X 18 1/2\".
Piece does have some issues of condition - print is slightly curled up from the matting along the right side, and print does show some slight foxing that is visible in the darkest areas of the image if you tilt it to the side, but not really visible looking at the print from normal angle. Some mild foxing of the matting is visible around the edges. Print is still sealed in the framing and I have not removed it to examine, but this issue could probably be cleaned up if you wanted to retain the matting.
