Two (2) Exceptional Old Pawn Native American Sterling and Turquoise Bolos NR:

Offered here are two hand made sterling and turquoise bolos. They are a mirror image of one another. The turquoise stone is framed by feathers wrought in silver, and a silver feather dangles beneath the stone on each.
Each measures approximately 2 1/2\"H including the dangling feather, and are approximately 2\" across at the widest point at the top. One is a wee bit smaller than the other. The stones are approximately 3/4\".
The bolos are not marked by the maker or as to the content of the silver but my jeweler says they are sterling.
The condition is excellent. You will notice in the main photo and the 2nd photo that there is a black mark on the left side of the turquoise. That is not a chip, it is part of the matrix.
I am not an expert on Native American jewelry but I believe these are Navajo, made in the first half of the 20th century.
