Up for offer are two Latin American 800 silver cocktail picksets with stands. There are 23 picks inall. The stands differ in size,construction and decoration. They are 2½ to 2 ¾ inches tall, with nicely chased decoration on the tops. One has a ring foot; the other has a conicalbase filled with pitch. The picks are 33/8 inches long. The pick tops are flat,with stamped decoration of pears and the word “METE”. There are round guards on the picks as wellThe whole lot weighs 119 grams, including the pitch in the bade of the oneholder. Most of the pieces areunmarked. Some of the picks and onestand are marked [P.S. 800].<P>
Condition on the sets is fairly good. There is one pick missing, as noted. They are crudely made, but there is little ifany later damage. A fun lot!<P>
