U.S FDC ##2975m JOSEPH E. JOHNSTON CONFEDERATE GENERAL FROM THE CIVIL WAR SET. A great stamp in a wonderful set commemorating the Civil War. And this is on a great ARTMASTER CACHET, in excellent condition. The cachet shows the Union\'s Flag as well as the Confederate Flag, and a portrait of Johnston. See the scan! And there is considerable descriptive text on the reverse of the cover.
The postmark/cancellation is a LARGE GRAPHIC WITH CIVIL WAR IN LARGE TEXT AND A CANNON,GETTYSBURG, PA, JUN 29, 1995. This is a great looking FDC and you just might get it here at my usual low starting offer!
