U.S.FDC #3930 THE PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARIES ACT 50TH ANNIVERSARY - JIMMY CARTER. This is a nice looking stamp showing the Presidential Seal. This stamp had multiple first day cover cities, one for each library existing at the time the stamp was issued. This one is on an UNKNOWN CACHET, in excellent condition. This may be handmade. The very colorful cachet shows a portrait of Jimmy Carter, the Library, the American Flag and an eagle. See the great scan! And on the reverse (second scan) you can see an emblem which probably indicates the cachet maker, and this is a LIMITED EDITION, NO. 6 OF 20. That\'s right! That\'s all that were made and I doubt you\'ll see this elsewhere!

The postmark is ATLANTA, GA, AUG 4, 2005. This is a great looking cover. And you just might get it here at my usual low starting offer.
