I bought this item, thinking it was a pendant but have since been reliably informed it is in fact a single earring, minus the wire/butterfly back! I still think it could be worn as a pendant - though it would require a small ring/bale to fit it to a chain - but maybe someone out there is missing a single earring...????
However it is eventually worn, it\'s a very delicate Uni David-Andersen piece, in sterling silver and blueenamel, and is a very rare and highly collectible piece of Twentieth Century Scandinavian Designer Jewellery...
