An excellent owl sitting on a branch, made of pewter.
In the 1960 to 1980s, employees of Honeywell, a US technology corporation, modelled animals, insects and birds from unwanted computer parts; some of these were over a metre long. Besides using them in their advertising, Honeywell commissioned Hudson Pewter Co to make small pewter models of these to give to key clients and as awards. You can see the representation of the computer parts in the models
Both the Hudsons and Honeywell marks are on the base.
It is 8 cms high and displays very well
It is in good used condition without damage flaking, chips, cracks or repairs. When it was first sold it was \'silver\' coloured,but over 50years has developed the pewter patina shown in the photos.
