It is rare for a modern US Mint gold coin to show up with an error, for a proof coin, it is even rarer. The coin feature one ounce of .9999 pure gold. This coin was purchased directly from the US Mint and has never been removed from its protective case. The coin comes with the original presentation case and box from the US Mint.
