Please note my descriptions are:

Unmounted mint – MNH - mint never hinged............. stamps without hinges as issued, with full gum.

Mint – MM – MH - mounted mint ..............................stamps that have been hinged or mounted and may have hinge remains.

Unused with or without gum, not used but may have hinge remains.

Fine used or used stamps that have cancellations on them and may have hinge remnants.

Cancelled to order - CTO which have a postmark but have never been postally used. These pre-cancelled stamps may have some or all gum and may have been mounted and/or have hinge remains.

\"Space filler\" which fill a gap, but may have many faults.

\"as seen\" I do not guarantee authenticity or condition of this (these) items and the buyer must rely on the photographic images shown and other descriptive matter. These items are NOT subject to return.

Terms of Posting:

When I post your items to you, I always obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office, unless you pay for Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Signed For (Overseas) service, for which there is an additional cost. Please send a message for details. It is my experience that virtually all items sent by Royal Mail are delivered. If you live in PR China and your purchases total more than £20, or Russia and your total purchases are valued at more than £40 – I will only send ‘signed for and tracked’ and will charge you for this. If you live in the Rest of the World and your purchases total more than £50 I will only send ‘signed for’ unless you email me willing to accept liability for non-delivery.

Payment:

I will expect payment within 7 days (unless I have ongoing sales on which you are offerding). I will cancel any items unpaid after 10 days and re-list them.

Possible errors in description:

Please note, if you think that any items purchased are not as described; please advise me immediately, so that I may try to rectify the problem to your full satisfaction.

Authenticity:

All items are believed to be genuine unless otherwise indicated by or in the description, or by other statement. If any item other than those sold “as seen” should be proven not to be genuine, then a full refund will of course be given.

Margins:

Please note all margins and perforationson stamps are as illustrated.

Returns policy:

If an item is returned, it must be in the same state etc. as when sent. When returning please obtain either a Certificate of Posting or Register/Insure with your Post Office. I keep photographic and detailed records of all items sent. Any query MUST be raised with me within 7 days of receipt of items. Refunds will be dealt with within 72 hours.
