Museum quality, never worn KIRK SMITH turquoise and sterling silver concho belt. All conchos are backed with black leather and the black leather belt measures 55 inches long. Each concho and butterfly features beautiful matrixed turquoise stones and stamped patterns in the classic style that Kirk is recognized for.Kirk Smith was one of the most recognized Navajo silversmiths of recent times. His work was top quality and he used only the best stones and materials. Tragically, Kirk was killed by a drunk driver on September 17, 2012. His work is highly collectible, and pieces such as these are becoming more rare and commanding higher prices.Approximate measurements:
