After three days if I have no communication saying when you will settle up I will send out an E Mailasking if you have changed your mind. If I receive no response I will open a non pay caseas soon as possible which is four days after sale ends. I hate to do this but when a winning buyer decides not to pay they always ignore your E Mails. So no communication or response to E Mails usually indicates intent not to honor their responsibility.The vast majority of the community is excellent but standards must be set for the small number of buyers who ruin it foreveryone else.
