This listing is for an an antique Waxing Stand by the Globe Electric & Mfg Co out of Lansing, MI. I am not sure if this would have been used as a trivet or not. I actually was unable to find another one of these online or anything useful about the maker. Not entirely sure what purpose it served. The piece measures 8 inches long by 4.5 inches wide.
