this really is an amazing old chinese jar and cover, possibly a ginger jar, its covered in colourful figures all the way around, also has character marks on the base, info welcome. it measures about 19cm high with a large bulbous body. id guess its from the 1800s, surely a very rare piece worthy of further research. im sure you wont find a nicer one.
