offered for sale is this superb example ofanart nouveau pewter flower vase,made during the secessionist jugenstil period of the early 1900\'s and easily recognisable as coming from the portfolio of designs by archibald kno,these designs formed the basis for the tudric & cymric ranges of art nouveau pewter & silver ware retailed by liberty & co,itis in a professionaly polished condition and as a resultthe vase has a mirror likee finish exactly as it would have been back in 1902 when first made,it has two wonderful handles that seem to grow organically up and around the body of the vase which give the piece a very hand wrought arts & crafts feel,it is fully marked to the basewith the design number 00,also the tudric stamp,the number indicates that thispiece is very early circa 1902,it measures 7.25\" high, the interior is clean and without damage or repair,overall condition should be considered as superb.it is well over100 years oldand may have very minor signs of age & usage.
