Gorgeousantique mid-to-late 19th century Italian linen and lace refectory table runner, featuring mixed handmade laces. Geometric reticella contrasts with pretty little flowers. Beautiful drape. This is very fine, and very lovely.
The runner measures 30 x 42 inches, including the lace edging. Drawn work embellishment to the linen, color is ivory.
Condition is excellent. Estate fresh, not laundered. We note some fold/storage lines, minor discolorations, and very few detached connectors. Looks wonderful, with absolutely exquisite lace.
From a marvelous estate with amazing old laces - this is a fabulous piece.
