VERY RARE LARGE ROYAL WORCESTER c1860 PORCELAIN MAJOLICA GOAT SPILL HOLDER VASE:

A very rare, superb quality Royal Worcester majolica goat spill vase. The detail of this piece is captured extremely well, this goat has a wonderful posture, the body and head are formed beautifully. Holding one leg up with the neck stretched back, standing in long grass on a rectangular shaped base. Marked to the base with the impressed Royal Worcester mark. An extremely unusual piece for the Porcelain collectors.
Weight 1.66kg. I also have a large Royal Worcester lion spill vase and several other pieces of Royal Worcester for sale.

DATE: 1862-1867

DIMENSIONS: 9.5\" high. Base 10\" x 4.5\".

CONDITION: This Royal Worcester goat is in excellent condition. There is one hairline crack at the back of the base, this follows round onto the underside turned edge. This is noted purely for full accuracy.

PLEASE NOTE: I package every item extremely well and have not had any breakages to date but I do recommend posting via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is the only UK service to offer protection for damage on ceramics and glass.
