Verywell preservedLeadsling bullet, oval shaped and symmetric with a thick yellow patina coating andGreek letters inscription on both sides. It was used to fire towards Rome\'senemies and became heavily used during the roman period with staffslingers.Theseprojectiles could be deadly when fired at range and would add to the turmoil ofarchers and the hail ofplumbatathatthe Roman army could put on the enemy. The bullet is well, professionally cleaned.
