Up for sale with is a most unusual and really fabulous Shreve & Co. Sterling Silver & Carved Solid Oak Cheese Platter Tray. The Tray is the only type of it\'s kind I have seen by Shreve & Co of San Francisco and of course is top notch quality throughout. The Sterling frame is very elegant with a strong reinforced rolled over edge which makes it very sturdy for modern use. The Oak insert is also quite nice, with only minor signs of use but no cut marks etc. The Sterling Frame shows only the most signs of use and measures approx 11-1/4\" across, the Oak Board measures approx 9\" across, great for serving Cheeses at a fine Wine tasting party or for serving Drinks etc. The Tray also features a nice original owner monogram, I am not quite sure exactly what Letter it is, could be almost anything you want :) I doubt you will see another like this up for sale, let alone with !
