This is a delightful and very rare ANTIQUE VICTORIAN solid sterling silver waiter, tray orsalver that was made in Sheffield,England in 1895, by the illustrious Victorian silversmiths, Thomas Bradbury & Sons at their Arundel Street workshops. It is round in shape and has a beautiful and deeply embossed border. It is raised on three gorgeousball and clawfeet. It isa lovelysize. It measures 8 1/8\" in diameter and stands 7/8\" high - it is very substantial - it weighs289.9 grams which isover 9 1/4troy oz. It is engraved with gorgeous scroll decoration but is NOT engraved to the cartouche in the centre.

It is in excellent condition for its age with the usual surface scratching and almost NO dings and dentswith no over-polishing collected over the last120 years - SUPERB. It still stands level.It is hallmarked with TB, crown, lion passant (sterling silver assay mark), U showing that it was hallmarked in Sheffield in 1895. I have shown the hallmark so that you can make up your own mind. A lovely and very valuable ANTIQUE VICTORIAN piece in superb condition after120 years!!!!!!
