Vintage 1.5 carat Real Amethyst Marcasite Sterling Silver Ring
Features a 1.5carat Marquise Cut Amethyst - gorgeous blues, pinks and amber hues!

Amethysts are well known for their healing properties.
This beautiful ring features a Marquise-cut 1.5 carat Amethyst, bezel-set in Sterling Silver with an open back setting.
I love the colour of this Amethyst, it is MUCH darker than the usual Amethyst you see.
The face of the ring is decorated with sparkly Marcasite gemstones with cut-outs.
The sides of the ring, or the shanks feature a triple band shank that tapers into a bottom band.
It is GORGEOUS and absolutely becoming!
Please note the size, it is rather small. This would make a gorgeous pinkie ring, or for someone with a rather small ring finger.
It is in very good condition, there are no structural issues at all, it is sturdy, the Amethyst is securely set. I will however point out that there are 3 Marcasite gemstones missing, I have tried to show it in the photos, so please have a very close look. Hardly noticeable and does NOT in any way compromise the integrity of this piece.
The colour of the Amethyst is quite close to how they are in the photos, but it was hard to capture the FIRE of the gemstone. I will let the pictures do the talking.
