My bags are the antidote for the poly-lined synthetic leather run-of-the-mill bags being produced in China. Most of my bags are full-grain leather; Artisan craft, with authentic distressed character, and many with modifications unique to our line. We only use high-grade men\'s belts for shoulder straps. This leather is reminiscent of equestrian leather halter straps. I also use half centimeter thick mooseskin. Nothing wimpy here; quality and character that stands out and stands the test of a truly rugged lifestyle.
Invest in a bag that you\'ll love more and more over time. Not all leather bags are created the same. A great quality leather bag is supposed to look better with time as the leather acquires marks and age-related wear.
Make sure to check out my whole store. At the time of this listing, I have 180 items all unique and different. Many with added Mooseskin handles; my \"trademark\" unique idea. Once you have tried it you will wonder how you functioned before without an inside handle. Also on many of my briefcases, I add a mooseskin handle wrap. The handle is the point of contact that the owner has with their bag and mooseskin is so pleasing to touch.

What I love about this incredible Swiss Made Saddle Leather MacBook or iPad Pro 12.9 Messenger Bag:

Amazing Saddle Leather; Like, actually the kind of leather you would find on a Saddle for a Horse. Many companies use the term Saddle Leather loosely, and even I have done so a few times to help people understand the quality of the leather is amazing. However, it really is true in this case that it is really like saddle leather! Sometimes the leaherused to make this bag is called Harness leather as in when used for equestrian horse strap crafting, They are made from the same flexible latigo leather.
This bag is a true testimony to the Swiss Tanner in the 1930\'s who Tanned this leather. This bag was stamped with themakersname: JB Schiess Schupien 39 (Meaning it was made in 1939). The Swiss knew nothing of the word \"skimp\". They only knew one thing, make the best messenger bag possible. This is what we have here.
A case that has lasted from 1939 until 2018, is truly an amazing testimony of quality extraordinaire craftsmanship; that is 79 years old. I believe if the new owner uses this as his or her go-to bag every day and does not abuse it, it will last another 30 years. Stunning quality!!
I was fortunate enough to find just the right men\'s belt made from exquisite durable yet flexible latigo leather to make a strap from. People write me all the time and tell me that one of the best things about my bags is my repurposed belt straps. They are wide the whole length of strap and with no sliding pad to hassle with. This one has a solid brass buckle and looks awesome.
Not the new \"leather\" coming out of China these days. Good old American Leather that reminds you of a broken in baseball glove that you had when you were a kid.
This bag has the true vintage look which is so popular today. It says without saying anything that you like quality and, are not afraid to be different. I imagine a business professional who appreciates the vintage look taking this to a meeting. It is sure to get comments and compliments. It is unlined leather; this is very rare these days. It is really rare to find a bag at upscale retailers that is unlined. In my opinion; unlined is so much better and lasts so much longer.

This bag fits my iPad Pro 12.9 very nicely. Measurements of the 12.9 are in inches: 12.04 x 8.69 x .27 for your reference. No need to carry large rolling bags anymore. Now with our tech (tablets and small laptops) getting smaller, we can carry vintage style bags instead of the \"run-of-the-mill\" bags being produced in the 21st century.I have this bag listed as a man\'s bag. But to a woman who is looking for that vintage rugged look, this would be perfect.
