Vintage 1952 Singer 221 Featherweight Sewing Machine serial number AK995111.

This would be a perfect Christmas present!

The Singer 221 is a light weight 11 pound sewing machine with an aluminum frame and External Motor.

The Straight Stitch Singer 221 Featherweight is a favorite with quilters due to its light weight design and dependability.

Finished in a Shiny Black Enamel, Gold Decals, Shiny Chrome Face Plates. This is a very nice machine that shows minimal wear and tear. I sell a lot of these and this is one of the best Featherweight I have seen.

Machine sews Quiet and Smooth! It makes Strong Precise Stitches.

It has the original Singer Simanco bobbin case.

Uses Class 221 Bobbin and Standard household sewing machine needles (15 x 1).

Comes with the Original Featherweight Carrying Case with Original Key.

Carrying case is also in very nice condition with original hardware, handle, and latches.

Machine was recently serviced. It has been throughly cleaned, oiled, inspected and stitch tested. It\'s ready to sew right out of the box!
