SOMEONE CONTACTED ME AND SAID THIS IS A KELLMAN GERMAN ERZGEBIRGE PIECE. Superb, circa 1960s era, possibly Wendt & Kuhn, German Erzgebirge region handpainted wood angel music figure, playing a trombone. Really not paint loss that I can see. The figure had once detached from the base, but it has been neatly reattached with glue. Overall in excellent condition. This had a German mark at bottom, but has been covered over, but has been marked over for some reason. May possibly have to do with the East German then communist goverment. Figure is beautiful, definitly German Erzgebirge region figure, due to highly quality and beauty of the figure and paint and tiny details. The size of the figure is 2.5\" tall by 1\" wide.
