The painting measures 24\" x 20\" and the frame measures 29 1/2\" x 25 1/2\".
I believe this artist is Mimi Colletti. This same artist recently had a painting (shown below) of Frank Sinatra sold at Heritage sale for $1,200.00. As you can see by the signatures, they are the same.
