This is a thick heavy molded piece from the Victory Glass Company, Jeannette, Pennsylvania.

No issues, cracks or repairs. No closure. Marked between front legs \"3/4 OZ. AVOR U.S.A.\" with several straw marks in this area. Several bubbles throughout the piece.

Measures 4-1/4” high x 2” wide across open round base. #189 in E&A Handbook.
