Terrific vintage figural AM radio in the shape of a Cabin Cruiser or Yacht, made in Japan by WACO in the 1960\'s-70\'s. This model yacht on its original stand is meticulously detailed, from the brass railings, portholes and anchors to the hard plastic decks and hull. The rear deck has two red control knobs for the radio\'s volume and station tuning. The front deck has a compartment for one 9-volt battery (not included). The radio still works great. This highly collectible Yacht radio measures 8\" tall by 11.5\" long and 3\" wide, and weighs 1.25 lbs. The underside of the black plastic stand is embossed \"WACO - PRODUCT OF JAPAN - 611\".
