You are looking at a vintage Cobalt blue pheasant vase with lid, and also a plate to match.They were made expressly for the Heritage Mint, LTD, L.A.C.A. in Japan. The plate and the vase have the same Heritage Logo on the bottom and they both have the original boxes. They are nrmt/mint!!! The camera flash made the logo on the bottom of the plate seem white, both the plate and the vase logo\'s are red.
