RARE VINTAGE DESIMONE PUPPETEER PLATE

Greatly influenced by Pablo Picasso.

He uses bright colors and simple lines to portray the southern Mediterranean warm sunshine and friendly Environment.

All of his pieces were hand painted.

Used oven firing to make his lead free colors permanent.

There are no 2 pieces of his art exactly the same.

The scene on this plate is of a Puppeteer.

Has green border, with eggshell ground and vibrant colors for the scene.

Has a gloss finish.

Signed on the back: DESIMONE ITALY 64/7

Measures 10\" in diameter.

There are 2 tiny chips on right rim. Please see Picture #6.

The glaze did not cover a little area on the outside rim. Please see Pricture #7.

It is in great condition.
