Esther Hunt Chalk Bust Jonquil.

Esther Hunt was created by Hunt in 1917. Jonquil measures 6-3/4inches by 6 inches. This bust is in original condition, with no apparenttouch-ups. The gloss on the face is good. There are a few areas of missingpaint near the nose, lip, top and back band of the headdress and near the base. Jonquil is in good structural condition and would display nicely in a Hunt collection. At the top of the black trim of the headdress, it appears that thereisa round flattened area about a 1/2\" wide where something may have knocked against it.The small blemish is restricted to theedge of the headband anddoes not affect the bust face at all.
