Exquisite pair of vintage 1940\'s solid 9K rich yellow gold earrings bezel set with spectacular natural opal cabochons. These are completely natural opals, notdoublets or triplets. Their fire is amazing, their surface is very smooth and shiny. These great opal earrings are from the 1940\'s \"Art Moderne\" Period and appear more modern then they actually are. Earrings have high quality omega backs which work perfectly. Earrings are stamped 9Ct. by the base of their lever backs. Tried to show this in one of myphotos but the marking is very small. My photo of the almost matching ring from the same estate has the same marking only larger which you will be able to see clearly. I am selling this ring in a separate sale at this time on .
