Up for offer is a neat antique German made tin wind up submarine or U-Boat. Based on my research this toy was manufactured prior to WWI. The sub measures approximately 9 inches from front to end of the propeller. The item exhibits some wear and is a bit dirty & dusty from many years of storage and needs a good cleaning. The paint is chipped in a few areas and the Flag is missing. The little knob is missing at the extreme top of one of the rails. I tried turning the key and the propeller does not spin, so it may need some repair unless I don\'t know how to work it? I\'m not a toy collector
