An old Globe Hy-Power, coin op set of binoculars on a pedestal base. Sun Lakes Stores, Coulee City , Washington. It NEEDS RESTORATION. No keys. It shows soiling and wear and rust. Paint flaking off. Coin op does not seem to do anything, will accept coins. The dial on the bottom does focus in and out as it should, and does have a fairly decent view. There is an obstruction in the right half of the binoculars, kinda in the middle, like a piece of paint or rust is in the view. The head base is rusted, so it does not turn left or right(I think it was supposed too?) Rust on base. Wing nut inside base is broke on one end. VERY HEAVY.
