WOW!!! THIS IS A UNIQUE RARE PIECE. THIS HAS BEEN REFINISHED IN A MATTE GOLD FINISH. THERE IS NO RUST ON THE FRAME. IT HAS A TOP REMOVEABLE GLASS AND A BOTTOM REMOVEABLE GLASS THATSITS ON RUBBER STOPPERS THE WHEELS HAVE BRASS RIMS AND HARDWARE AND RUBBER TIRES. THERE IS A LITTLE BIT OF SURFACE RUST ON THE WHEEL RIMS. THERE IS A TINY CHIP IN ONE OF THE GLASS SHELVES AND A FEW SCRATCHES.THE CART HAS A HANDLE ON EACH SIDE. I HAVE TRIED TO DETAIL THIS IN MY PICTURES. THE CART MEASURES 35\" X 18\" X 32\" TALL. THE SHELVES ARE 27\" x 16\". THE BOTTOM SHELF SITS 14\" FROM THE FLOOR AND THE TOP SITS 29\" FROM THE FLOOR. ALL CARE WILL BE TAKEN WHEN SHIPPING THIS ITEM. I AM INCLUDING THE SHIPPING COSTS IN WITH THE PRICE IN CASE SOMETHING HAPPENS TO IT DURING SHIPPPING.
