The beauty of this vintage ashtray is the infusion of colors throughout. It starts off with an amethyst rim, with a hint of an iridescent blue overtone, and then fades to almost clear at the bottom. The color is elusive, and changes with the angle and the light. It is in excellent vintage condition, with some faint scratches on the bottom (see last photo) but they do not in any way effect its beauty.
It\'s heavy, and not quite round, but basically 4 1/2 \" in diameter and 2\" high.
