Hello and welcome....for sale is this nice vintage Folk Art egg.
The artist has used plastic seed beads glued onto an half-egg in a striking geometric pattern, and has incorporated 10 different colors in the pattern. The geometric pattern is surrounding a diamond-back lizard or gecko type animal. A very interesting item, with the micro-beads glued onto a half shell of a squash. There might be some missing beads, but still very beautiful.
Measure: 4-1/4\" x 3-1/4\"wide x 1-1/2\"tall.
The motif used in this egg are traditional for Eastern Europe......a very colorful image in Folk Art style.
