From a local estate sale is a large vintage Navajo natural wool hand woven spun blanket / rug. It measures about 87\" by 51\" plus 5\" fringe at either end. It has been stored for years. This beautiful looking rug would make a fantastic addition either on floor or wall for a modern or cabin-like installation. This fine art tapestry is made from all-natural undyed wool that has been handspun and features a large star in the center with a thicker texture and stripes with geometric motifs. Fringes are large and thick and are the only portion where dyed wool was used (terracota). It is an impressive, large-scale work of art that will bring the beauty of Native American fine art to your home.I am listing 2 other blankets found at the same estate on different sales if interested. No moth bites, this rug is in excellent condition.
