VINTAGE ORIGINAL Blonde PONYTAIL BARBIE Doll 1958 with box & stand & booklet:

I am not a Barbie expert. Please ask any specific questions! This doll has been wiped down with a damp cloth but could use a professional cleaning. There are hot spots from taking the photos; sorry about that. Please check photos carefully as I don\'t accept returns.
Head appears to have no repaints, changes to hair, noticeable imperfections--however, please see photos and note the info below re the green that has bled around her earrings
Face paint looks very nice and clean
No holes on her feet.
There is green that has bled around the earrings; on her left the green has just touched the edge of the hair on the back
Comes with box which is marked 1959
Comes with what I think is the original black, 2-piece stand
And also comes with a little multipage catalog that has in it the tennis outfit she is wearing and which is included in the sale
Hair has been played with and could use restyling. I have notmanipulatedit. It\'s not in its ponytail any longer.
The legs are a tiny bit darker than torso
Body appears to be marked on her right buttock: Barbie™PATS END MCMLVIII BYMATTELINC with tight arms and hips (very faint raised markings) / You can see a little roughness and dirt in the photo(I think there must have been a \"P\"before \"END\" but I don\'t see it with my loupe)
There is near that marking the number 54 on the left buttock
Please note that the box has the date 1959--see photos
Her right foot is marked JAPAN/there are no holes in the feet
Has the box in good condition for its age
Has a crayon smell
Has most red finger and toe polish--all fingers and toes have some or all polish
She will come dressed in an original tennis outfit with Barbie label, with tennis racket, socks and sneakers, in played with condition; as would be expected, there is some slight yellowing and a few spots on the outfit that I\'ve tried to show in photos; I believe all of these items do go together.
