I am offering an adorable little elf/pixie figurine riding on a turtle. He was made by Royal Crest China founded in the early 1950\'s in Santa Ana, California. It is in perfect condition and is very charming.He measures 5 inches long and 4 inches tall. I found no chips, cracks, hairlines, flakes or repairs. The piece is well marked on the underside.
