I purchased my items at estate sales and have virtually no book/antique/art knowledge/background so I just try to show lots of good, clear pictures and report what I see and/or is actually printed/stamped on an antique and/or art print. I try to describe any wear in simple terms!

I would only refund the purchase price if you can show that through text or photos I grossly misrepresented the item. Please note that I do not attempt to try to describe every ding, etc but instead take very clear photos that clearly show the wear of an item, soLOOK AT ALL THE PHOTOS BEFORE YOU offer!And of course if you have any questions, please ask them early in the sale process…I would hate to miss your question because I was not available at sale closing. If I do agree that a refund is indicated, then the buyer must be responsible for return shipment fees including insurance. If I receive the item in the same condition as when I sent it to the buyer, then I would issue a refund immediately upon receipt of the item.
