Vintage Russian large sterling silver earrings. Art Deco design. Inserts 100% natural clear Rock crystal.The stones are top quality, well faceted, polished, without scratches, cracks and inclusions. It sparkles like a diamond! Unmarked, the earrings were made to order.They were converted from Soviet cufflinks ofSverdlovskJewelry Plant (see the last photo).Those who lived in the USSR, of course, remember the emptycountersin the soviet stores, this concerned not only food products, but also jewelry. And if the soviet men(workers) were notenougharistocratic to wear cufflinks, then they could be bought freely, and there are almost no earrings. Women bought cufflinks and transferred theminto earrings to order. Great vintage condition. Comfortable and reliable locks. Really superb! Tested by acid test.
