This looks like a Pen or Pencil Holder.

I think it may be anOldDash Cigarette Snuffer.

Maybe you know Better what this was used for.

There are 3 White Dice with Black Dots.

Each hole is Hollow, I Guess to maybe hold things.

Add Sticky Tape to bottom,Nice Cigarette Snuffer.

Overall,condition LooksVery Nice.

Size: 2 1/2\" Long, 1 1/8\" Tall in the Center.

There are a few slight Scuffs due to Age, Use, & Storage.

I tried to showCondition in all the Pictures.

This type of item has been used since back in the the 40\'s to put out your Cigarette when Driving around. These were usually Mounted to the Dash or your Console.

Will Look Cool, Dash / Console Mounted.
