These binoculars have beenpre-owned & used, still work, some light condition issues.Marked M13 - 295 in yellowpaint on the bottom (as pictured) - stamped #179821 - includes original neck strap on binoculars. They fit securely in the OD rigid carrying case w/ strap, case is marked CASE, CARRYING M62A1 on the top (as pictured).
