Book is in fair used vintage condition. Book is unpunched. Spine does show a little rust on the staples but is still very tight. Pages are clean but there bleed through from the flocking on following pages (SEE PHOTOS). There are a few small areas where the flocking is thin on a couple pages. Purchased at local estate sale. Sold as-is. Please view photos before offerding.
